Committed to evolving with the changing needs of customers, BSP’s Waterfront branch introduces a modern, digitally enabled, and staff-assisted banking experience.
Customers can now benefit from instant account opening, card and PIN issuance, as well as activation of online banking options, all with the support of in-branch banking specialists.

At our Waterfront branch, customers can speak directly with Lending, Business Banking, and Insurance specialists, or connect with BSP’s Customer Contact Centre from an in-branch phone for further assistance.”
The Waterfront branch is open seven days a week: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, and weekends from 9 am to 12 pm.
While over-the-counter cash deposits and withdrawals are no longer offered at this location, customers can still use ATMs for withdrawals during and after business hours.
Additionally, customers have access to BSP’s Internet Banking, Call Centre, Mobile Banking, BSP Agents, and other nearby branches for their banking needs.
