NAMBAWAN Super Limited (NSL) brought its Member services closer to Daru through a Digital Adoption drive aimed at helping Members access their superannuation information conveniently and securely through its digital channels.

An NSL activation team, travelled into Daru Town and was there from 30 July to 1 August 2026 supporting Members with digital registration, account updates and superannuation awareness as part of the engagement.

The team provided Members with hands-on support to access and understand how to useNSL’s digital platforms, including the NSL Online Member Portal, NSL Mobile App and SMS Balance Check service.

This initiative is part of NSL’s commitment to empowering Members to conveniently access and manage their superannuation information through their devices.

NSL Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lachlan Baird has commended Employers in Daru Town who scheduled sessions with the NSL Team that travelled into Daru.

“The engagement in Daru is an opportunity to support Members who may require assistance navigating digital services.”

“With today’s advancing digital environment, accessing services like banking and purchasing or electricity digitally is more common, and staying connected to their super online is just as easy.”

“While many Members are already using our digital platforms, we understand that some Members may need additional guidance and support. We have seen and heard experiences from Members who have traveled for hours and spent money to visit a branch just to check their account information or receive a statement,” said Mr. Baird. “By promoting our services as ‘digital first’ directly to our Members, we aim to show them that managing their superannuation can be much easier.”

“When Members regularly update their details and beneficiary information, this safeguards and makes accessing their super so much easier. We want our Members to be able to view and update their details regularly especially when there is a significant change in their life, such as the addition of a new family member. Having convenient digital visibility over this promptsMembers to update their details and ultimately safeguard their retirement savings.”

NSL thanked all Members in Daru to visit the team during this period to take advantage of these services. Following the Daru engagement, NSL will roll out the Digital Adoption Drive to other regional centers in the coming months.
