The Tewae Siasai Open Electorate in Morobe Province is only accessible by sea and air but there are numerous roads that ease the flow of government services and associated developments throughout the electorate.
Law and order issues are prevalent in the diatrict but manageable as this is a national issue being faced all throughout the country.
The Tewae Siasai District Development (TSDDA) under the leadership of second term MP and Housing Minister Hon.Dr Kobby Bomareo has bought 4 new vehicles for police to use in the district.
Minister Bomareo said that two vehicles will be used by police in the Wasu LLG while police in the Sialum LLG and Siassi LLG will be allocated a vehicle each.
The Pangu Pati parliamentary member is concerned of law and order issues and has been supporting the Law and Justice Sector in his district by building a Court Complex, Police Station, Police Barracks and now equipping police with vehicles so law and order issues are addressed accordingly.
Minister Bomareo continues to support economic and social development initiatives in his district at the same time ensuring the society is safe for all people to freely work, interact and attend to their daily fishing, farming and associated economic activities without the fear of being attacked or intimated.
Two vehicles for the police in Wasu LLG have already been procured while the other two vehicles have been ordered and will be delivered to the TSDDA soon.
