“It’s about time now, our team needs to grow up.

OFC level is the next level. It’s all about mindset and for us we have to prepare really well physically with our fitness.

The preparation going forward, the players have to change in everything. Their diet, discipline and their performance in the training have to change to meet the level,” Muta said.

He expressed satisfaction with the second-half performance, highlighting that his team played in accordance with his desired plans.

“They are the ones who are going to executive and they have done it really well in the second-half and worked as a unit. Pressing, winning the ball and scoring the ball at the same time made me really happy with the performance,” he said.

Muta said that football is a physically demanding sport, and when competing at that level, players must maintain peak physical fitness.

He outlined the importance of combining body strength with overall fitness and conditioning, stressing that it is the players’ responsibility to adequately prepare themselves for the upcoming OFC match in May.

There were several players that have had injury during the game and will be going to rehabilitation to get themselves fixed for the upcoming game.
