The PNG Tribal Foundation is calling on interested groups, corporate bodies, government departments, agencies, schools, churches, associations, and individuals to join its leadership program, Senisim PNG, and take part in the transformation table this year.

Senisim PNG National Coordinator, Phillie Marai, said the program would continue throughout the year and is open and free of charge to all interested citizens who wish to engage with the Foundation and become agents of change in their communities and the nation.

She said Senisim PNG was a values-based and servant leadership program delivered in partnership with the Maxwell Foundation since 2022 and has reached more than 16,000 citizens across Papua New Guinea.

Mrs Marai said communities across the country were experiencing moral decline, increasing law and order issues, corruption, and a weakening of values among the younger generation, beginning at the family level.

“We have many success stories of young people and adults who have transformed their lives through this program by developing respect, listening skills, integrity, accountability, and strong personal values,” she said.

She added that the program was not limited to young people but is open to anyone who is interested in being part of the transformation table and contributing positively to society.
