
PORT MORESBY , June 24th – P&O Maritime Logistics has become the first company in the maritime sector to officially join the Senisim PNG Movement last Friday at Motukea in Port Moresby.
P&O hosted its first Senisim PNG Transformation Table session onboard the Vessel Resilience. The session, facilitated and led by Senism PNG National Coordinator Phillie Marai with Tribal Foundation staff, had brought 25 crew members, including the vessel’s captain, to explore the program’s core value of Hope.
Theo P&O ‘s leadership highlights the importance of instilling values based leadership within the maritime workforce.

As part of its broader commitment, P&O plans to expand the program across its entire operation by 2025, reaching employees at both its head office in Port Moresby and across the crews of its 12-ship fleets in the country.
The partnership represents a major step forward for the Senisim PNG Movement as it broadens its reach into the maritime industry setting a benchmark for others in the sector to follow.
Senisim PNG is led by the Tribal Foundation and aims to drive nationwide change by equipping Papua New Guineans with transformational leadership tools rooted in cultural identity and positive values.
