Rubinag while speaking to his police officers called on each officer to work as a team to help bring the city back.

“It’s not good such a situation can affect our main city. Our people living here have to be safe, your people, your family are doing shopping, going to market and the kids are attending schools here. Criminals don’t have a place here. We will fight for the betterment of our people, ‘’ Rubiang said.

Rubiang further called on the public to help support the police and do things according to the law in place. He said the police cannot bring back all the good and safe Port Moresby that used to be in the past.
