FIVE more political parties have been registered and certified by the Integrity of Political Parties and Candidates Commission (IPPCC) to go into the 2022 national elections.
These political parties were Future of PNG Party, Advance PNG Party, League for National Advancement Party, People’s Transformation Party and The People’s Alliance Party.
Future of PNG Party President and Managing Director of Vitis Industries, Vicky Mosin said their party executives were Christian organisation leaders.
“We all teamed up because we know our people in our organisations and societies very well.
“We saw that our people’s future is not right and that attention was not given to people’s welfare.
“Our people seem to have no hope and are left to struggling to survive.
“As a successful businesswoman for 20 years, I know how to manage my employees and operation.
“Therefore, I as party president with all executives, intend to bring fair and balanced services to our people so they can utilize that in whatever way they can to sustain themselves,” Mosin said.
“The party is just new and we will endorse only a few candidates who are in line with our policies,” she said.
Meanwhile, with the certifying of these five new political parties, the number of registered political parties have now been brought up to 52.
