I wish to address and dispel recent rumours that I, Hon. Pila Niningi, Attorney General and Minister for Justice, have aligned myself with the Opposition. These claims are entirely false and misleading.
I want to make it explicitly clear that I remain fully committed to the Pangu led Marape-Rosso Government. I am the Attorney General and Justice Minister of Papua New Guinea. I am the Government. I have not moved to the Opposition Camp.
I will continue to diligently perform my duties as Attorney General and Justice Minister. My focus remains on serving the people of Papua New Guinea with integrity and dedication, and advancing the policies and reforms we have set forth to improve our nation especially in the justice sector.
The Marape-Rosso Government remains united and resolute in its mission to serve the people of Papua New Guinea. I assure all citizens that these distractions will not affect our ongoing work and dedication to national progress.
