SIMBU Provincial Police Commander (PPC), Superintendent, Mazuc Rubiang has praised his police personnel for maintaining orders as Kundiawa township sees big improvements in terms of law-and-order situation in the province.
PPC Rubiang made this comment after he received appreciative messages from the leaders of Nimai ward one, two, and three (Koge) of Sual Local Level Government (LLG) in Sinesine Yongomugl electorate for the good work of police personnel in the province.
Mr Rubiang has received positive and appreciative messages from the general public in the province comparing the work of police personnel under the leadership of various Provincial Police Commands (PPCs) and under his leadership as well.

Superintendent Rubiang said previously police discipline was the biggest problem that contributed so much to law-and-order situations in the province, especially in Kundiawa town but slightly changing it now. He said so far in-house matters have also been addressed and situations are back to normal.
“We are focusing on concept of police visibility to community, and this has given great confident to our business communities and general public in the province.
“The public can physically see and witnessed the biggest improvement in Kundiawa township as we got lots of appreciations from the public,” Mr Rubiang said.
PPC Rubiang said the Leaders of Sual Local Level Government (LLG in the Sinesine Yongomugl electorate have officially written a letter to him appreciating and acknowledging the true work of the Police force under his command in enforcing liquor ban law implemented by the Provincial Executive Council under the leadership of Governor Hon Noah Kool.
He said the leaders also appreciated policemen and policewomen for their tireless efforts in maintaining law and order in the province.
PPC Rubiang said the general public see changes in Kundiawa town especially maintaining good order, freedom of movement without fear or intimidation and people are enjoying buying and selling without being disturbed by the youths.
