FOREIGN Affairs Minister and Member for Moresby South, Justin Tkatchenko, has pledged to work closely with the newly elected members of the Motu Koita Assembly from East Motu.
They are Mai Undia (Mahuru), Peter Noka (Pari-Taurama), Turaho Morea (Vabukori), Gorame Momo (East Motu Koita Women’s Representative), Ovia Nou (Pari Taoata) and Babani Harry (Kirakira).
Mr Tkatchenko hosted a lunch meeting for the new members and affirmed his support for them.
“I assure you leaders that I will work closely with you in delivering the much-needed services for the people of Moresby South,” he said.
“There are a lot of work to do in the electorate and I urge the members to work together in assisting me to continue the delivery of services.”
Mr Tkatchenko’s Moresby South Electorate is one of the best performing electorates in NCD and PNG.
