THE Host Organising Committee of KCK Rigo Rice Cup wishes to advise all participating teams, extended sponsors and the general public that our official launching which was deferred is set to occur on Sunday 24th November.
This decision was announced by tournament CEO Mcsteve Polly today, resulting from a slight confusion between KCK Rigo Rice Cup and the venue management at Sir. Huberth Murray Stadium.
Polly explained that the venue management’s slight confusion with us and several other clients who booked the venue earlier has resulted in this deferral.
On this juncture, we are delighted to confirm that the Sir. Huberth Murray Stadium at Konedobu has been paid for and so, the long awaited KCK Rigo Rice Cup will be launched on the 24th of November.
Registered teams and their respective managements are advised that information on the kick off dates and game schedules will be announced during the launching, and so we look forward to see you all there on Sunday, 24th November 2024.
The management extends our sincerest appreciation for the consistent support given towards the inaugural edition of this grassroots rugby league tournament.
