The Papua New Guinea Lewas arrived in Nepal yesterday as preparations intensified for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifier.
The tournament, which runs from 14 January to 1 February 2026, will be hosted at the TU Cricket Ground and Upper Hulpani Cricket Ground in Nepal, bringing together some of the world’s leading associate women’s teams as they compete for qualification to the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup England & Wales 2026.
Following their arrival, the Lewas will settle into final preparations, including recovery sessions and on-ground training, ahead of a demanding fixture schedule.
