Spin Doctors Claim 2024 Media Pool Competition Title

By GABRIEL KATUHO

THE Heli Solutions Spin Doctors have won the 2024 Media Pool Competition, securing their first championship title after several determined attempts.

Led by team captain Jackson Ng, the Spin Doctors celebrated their hard-earned victory in front of an enthusiastic crowd, receiving a jubilant reception as they claimed the long-awaited award.

The team took home K12,000 as the first prize, a reward for their unwavering dedication and consistently stellar performances throughout the competition.

This year, the competition’s first prize saw an increase from K10,000 in 2023 to K12,000, thanks to the sponsorship of SP Brewery and the hosting partnership with Lamana Hotel.

The prize pool is set to grow by K2,000 annually, adding further excitement to future competitions.

Media Pool Competition (MPC) Chairman Tony Dindilo extended his gratitude to all the teams for their sportsmanship and high-level performances.

He also acknowledged the invaluable contributions of sponsors and supporters.

“We thank the sponsors and everyone involved for ensuring a successful 2024 season. We look forward to even greater support in 2025,” said Dindilo.
