Since its establishment by late renowned music producer Bradley Isaac Ralewa (B-Rad), Block Music Production stood out in the PNG Music Industry as a competitive record label that produced countless local hits in the country, like the famous Mt. Lemina of Wame Blood in 2017.
B-Rad, who was inspired by Emmanuel Muganaua exemplified strong dedication and commitment in this art, marking a major shift in the industry during his peak days in 2016 – 2020.
Block Music was also recognised with several music awards, elevating its rank as a top record label and a successful record label in recent times.
The studio went on a pause from the business after loosing the owner and senior producer few years back.
However, the Block Music Crew recently united and are thriving for a massive return into the music production business in PNG after a while.
This come-back resonates their strong passion to make the late B-Rad legacy live on in the music industry, as well as raising the bars in music production, mastering and sound engineering.
On a recent open live chat via Tiktok last week, successor and current senior producer of Block Music Josh Ralewa (Jay Roze) and DPJ made announcements that the team is back in business and are recording few come-back songs to be launched soon.
“We are currently recording few songs including a single with Kronos titled ‘Birua’ which will be released soon after final touches are done,” explained Roze.
As part of this return campaign in the industry, the label released a single which was written and sing by DPJ on Saturday 08th March 2025. The single is titled ‘Passim Marit’ and is a romantic tale of a highlander’s love to a coastal woman.

The return of Block Music will follow with a massive launching after the successful completion of all songs later this year.
