To achieve this, LDC is currently hosting a team of senior executives from the China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) who are in the country to conduct scoping works.
The CMEC’s visit was progressed from an agreement signed in October 2023 in Beijing between LDC and the CMEC.

Mr. Koim said LDC had being negotiation with the CMEC since 2021 and the signing of the MoU in Beijing, China in October had sealed the deal.
