Malabu of Lae, Morobe Province, are the champions of the Goroka Inter-Provincial Darts Tournament 2026.
Malabu fought hard to wrest the victory from equally eager opponents Ramu 1 of Madang. Ramu 1 defeated the only Goroka team, Goroka Engineering, to make it to the finals, while Malabu defeated Hauslain of Madang to face off with Ramu 1.
Tournament founder and co-sponsor Warrick Wild thanked all the participating teams for ensuring the competition ran smoothly without any hiccups.

Malabu picked up K10,000.00 while Ramu 1 picked K5000.00. Participating teams from the 11th to the 22nd Place received a consolation cash prize of K250.00 with a box of food and complementary gifts from tournament co-sponsor Winestar & Wan Namba Lotto.
Winestar also confirmed they will be the major sponsors of the annual Inter-Provincial tournament next year and onward. As a further parting gift to participating teams, Mr Wild said he will give a grant of K5000.00 to each provincial teams to establish themselves back in their provinces.
His conditions for the grant is that each association must be affiliated to the PNG Darts Federation and must have more than 10 teams to qualify to receive the support.
The Goroka Lodge Darts Tournament started back in 2016 and was opened up last year 2025 for teams outside of Goroka to participate.
