Koroba Police in the Koroba-Lake Kopiago District of Hela Province has introduced a Toll Free Police Hotline Number to receive complaints from public and attend to law and order issues in the district.
Senior Sergeant David Bill Leo of the Koroba Police Station confirmed that members of the public and communities in Koroba Lake Kopiago can feel free to call or text on the HOTLINE NUMBET 70424743 to lodge complaints or seek assistance from the police.
Senior Sergeant Leo said that law and order issues is not only for the police to deal with but is everyone’s responsibility and all walks of life must take ownership to maintain peace in respective communities we live in accordingly.
“We (police) are here to work partnership with community to provide and deliver effective policing service to people,” Snr Sergeant Leo said.
The Koroba Lake Kopiago District in the has experienced great community policing work under the guidance of Hela Provincial Police Commander Chief Superintendent Joseph Tondop.
