NURSING students from Goilala, In Central were sent home due to unpaid tuition fees.

Authorities from the Nursing School in Veifa have confirmed releasing the students on the grounds of non payment of tuition fees.

The students from Goilala posted their grievance on social media stating the negligence by the Goilala District Authority neglecting them.

They expressed dissatisfaction when the Goilala DDA was attending to other institutions in the country with the DDA’s education fee components.

However, Goilala DDA education sector coordinator David Vau has confirmed attending to the students” dilemma, saying they will address the situation for the students to go back and continue classes.

The students from Goilala were seen braving the flooded road from Veifa when they expressed their frustrations.

Goilala MP Casmiro Aia assured that education for the children of Goilala is paramount and the DDA will not fail any child left behind through his education support program.
