DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER CLARIFIES RUMORS OF PANGU PATI SPLITTING

Pangu Pangu original and Lae Open MP Hon.John Rosso (pictured) maintains that the 10 Morobe MPs will remain with Pangu Pati and support Prime Minister James Marape into the 2027 National General Elections.

The Deputy Prime Minister, who is also the Minister for Lands and Physical Planning, made his stand clear and pledged his loyalty to Prime Minister James Marape.
The second term MP brushed aside political gossips and allegations of him moving away from the ruling Pangu Pati with the Morobe MPs.

He made it clear that the government is intact and can be only be changed on the floor of Parliament during Vote of No Confidence or by the people during elections and nowhere else.

The Deputy Prime Minister assured Prime Minister James Marape of his continuous support and specifically mentioned that Pangu Pati is intact going foward.

The businessman turned politician describe the political rumors of a change of government as ‘spectators cheering for their teams on the sidelines’ as it is the players who are responsible for the team’s victory or loss.

Rosso urged the Opposition and other political factions to bring in their numbers on the Floor of Parliament instead of causing unnecessary anxiety, distress and confusion amongst the public with their fabricated political allegations without substance.

He was speaking during the official opening of the Tabubil-Telefomin Road Opening in Western Province yesterday.
