MADANG Governor, Peter Yama will be filing a Supreme Court Reference to stop the roll out of the Covid- 19 vaccination in the country.
“ I have instructed my lawyers after the Supreme Court in the US overturned the universal vaccinations, that after studying the decision, I will file a Supreme Court Reference to stop the vaccinations to my people of Madang and the rest of the country.
“My reason for stopping the vaccination is that the vaccine including AstraZeneca and others should be properly tested and approved by the social scientists (PNG Institute of Medical Research Institute) before they can be released for jabbing.
“ I do not accept MRI brief reports without proper laboratory testing and concluded that it was safe for our people to be jabbed with the vaccine.
“My conscience is clear and for this reason, it is in the best interest for my people. I will not allow my people to be used as gates or guinea pigs.
“ I as a Leader of the great country, I have a different view. I can’t compromise, “ Governor Yama added.
Governor Yama will be hosting a press conference this week to formally and further clarify his intentions.

“Instagram has removed the account of Robert F Kennedy Jr for making false claims about coronavirus and vaccines.
The nephew of late President John F Kennedy had his account permanently taken down “for repeatedly sharing debunked claims”, Facebook, which owns Instagram, said in a statement.”
There are lots of people posting Bullshit reposts on PNG FB accounts like “Big victory for freedom in the United States: the Supreme court overturns universal vaccination” etc. THis is actually not true. THe fact of the matter is that the USA Supreme Court made determinations in 1905 and 1922 stating that individual States had the right to mandate vaccination for the public good and anyone refusing vaccination would have to pay a fine. These cases were in the context of a smallpox epidemic. Then there was a deadly measles outbreak in New York State and the authorities in attempted to use the previous Supreme Court decisions to make measles vaccination mandatory for kids going to schools, childcare etc. R Kennedy Jr put an application to the New York State supreme court requesting that parents could be exempted from immunization of their kids against measles on religious grounds. The case is still proceeding thru the courts.
These people making these incorrect posts about the court cases in the USA, then go to post all sorts of false science statements about COVID 19 vaccines. Be wary of these con men. They pop up everywhere. It seems that fake science posts are being propagated all over the place nowadays. Do NOT get your science information from FB; rather go to proper science websites to get accurate science information.
