Lagaip Open MP Hon.Aimos Akem (pictured with red tie)is determined to establish the basic foundations of the Lagaip District Development Authority as soon as possible.
The pioneer MP admitted that due to widespread violence last year, the maiden electorate missed out on electing their parliamentary representative badly affecting the establishment of this important constitutional office.
The Pangu Pati patriot assured the people of Lagaip that his first and foremost priority was get the administrative arm of the district in order as this was mandatory for a new district.
Furthermore, he is confident to bring in the much needed service and development when the Lagaip District Development Authority is firmly established.
The Environmental Scientist turned politician reminded his people that he will ensure vital services and associated developments are equally prioritized throughout the electorate without fear of favor.
Akem urged the people to respect each other and work hard on the land as Christmas and the New Year approaches indicating a change of attitude and behavior.
He wishes his people safe and responsible celebrations but above all urged them to change their attitudes and behaviors in order to work with him and bring in the much needed development and service required by the newly created electorate.
