Executive Director for National Cultural Commission Mr. Steven Enomb Kilanda has been awarded the best performing Cheif Executive Officer (CEO) for the second consecutive year.
Mr. Kilanda is a public policy economist graduate and has been vocal in his role since taking up the role as a CEO, responsible in promoting culture throughout the country.
He was mentioned to be the only CEO who has been providing acquitted financial reports early by synchronizing with his board of directors and the ministry with effecient governance and accountability.
Kilanda who comes from Enga province stood out amongst other colleague custodians to be recognised for his tireless efforts despite managing a less funded government institution.
The official achievement presentation is currently underway at Crown Hotel in Port Moresby.
