THE Ombudsman Commission has officially cleared Moresby South MP, Justin Tkatchenko, of any allegations regarding unlawful citizenship.
Tkatchenko, in a statement, emphasized that the investigations are closed, and Chief Ombudsman Richard Pagen, confirmed the lawful granting of his citizenship by the Citizenship Advisor Committee.
Tkatchenko asserted that he followed all legal procedures in obtaining citizenship and expressed gratitude for the thorough investigation, stating that the truth has prevailed.
He now looks forward to continuing his service as Minister of State and Member for Moresby South, urging detractors to move on.
